Fortress Mountain Academy (FMA) – will be the place to learn everything in the mountains. From basic level introductory courses to avalanche education to advanced rescue programs, Fortress provides the ideal environment to learn about the mountains right on the mountain! All courses will be run on the hill at Fortress, with classroom components provided on-site in the character rich ‘KPOW Lounge’. Courses will be provided by highly experienced educators that have a passion for the outdoors and in sharing their knowledge with you. Certifications, where required, will be held by all instructors.
