​Payment terms:

Single Seat: balance due at time of booking
Full Cat Booking: 50% due at booking, balance due thirty day prior to booking date

​Payment options:

Cash: direct
Interac e-transfer: direct
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX): via booking system

 Booking is only reserved upon receipt of payment:

Individual seats are 100% due at time of booking. Full cats are 50% due at time of booking and balance of payment is due 30 days prior to ski date .   Booking reservation is not complete until payment is received. Full Cat balance of payments will be invoiced by an automated email notice 30 days prior to ski date. Credit cards used for deposit payment are not kept on file.

 Refunds:

Up until 30 days prior to ski date 50% deposit and full payments are fully refundable  LESS a cancellation fee as follows, $50.00 per individual seat,  and $350 per Full Cat booking.

Within 30 days of booked date, bookings are 50% refundable. Within 7 day of booked date, bookings are non-refundable.

Guests can always substitute another in their place for free.

Transfer of dates for bookings:

Booking dates may be transferred to other open dates up to 30 days prior to the original booking date for free.  Within 30 days we will still move the booking to an open date BUT fees may apply as follows, $50.00 for individual seats and $1,000 per full cat depending on dates and proximity to ski date.

​Conditions Cancellation Policy:

Let’s be honest, sometimes Mother Nature and machines don’t co-operate!  In the rare event that K-Pow needs to cancel your booked cat day, all efforts will be made to transfer your booking to another date.  Should a transfer option not be possible, a full refund will be provided.
